While most customers are able to utilize our Design Editor seamlessly, the occasional error occurs. If you are having issues, try these fixes:

  • Clean the cache and cookies in your browser

 What will my custom engraving look like?

All of our necklace and keychain engravings are performed with an elegant, calligraphic font named, "Tangerine."

This font currently supports:

  • English (latin characters)
  • Many latin-based fonts with accents (French, Spanish, etc.)
  • Japanese and Chinese (most characters)
  • a heart symbol

Gone So Soon Pendants and Keychains support two lines of text, each with a 20 character limit (this includes spaces). The text input fields will not allow you to enter more text than we can engrave.

What is MyJuly27's refund policy?

Please contact us immediately in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or altogether incorrect. We will go above and beyond to make sure YourJuly27 story is told honorably with a high-quality piece.

What is included in your 2 Year Protection Plan?

  • Damaged Pendant Replacement
  • Damaged Chain Replacement
  • Stone Repair: Replacement or Fixes
  • Watch Face/Band Replacement

  • Not including lost or stolen items

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Our 2 year Product Protection starts from date of your purchase

 

Additional terms: 

  • Our 2 Year Product Protection Plan includes one replacement / repair per item.
  • If your jewelry shows defects during the term of your plan, please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team and we will gladly repair or replace the item (at our discretion).
  • Your damaged item needs to be returned at the customer\'s / owner\'s expense before a replacement item is shipped to customer / owner. 
  • If your purchased item is discontinued, we will replace your item with a similar item of equal or higher value.
  • Please note, lost and/or stolen items are not covered by this plan.
