Every MyJuly27 keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted to order and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Our goal is to create something that feels worthy of the life it honors, held with confidence.
Our Promise to You
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don’t offer traditional refunds or exchanges.
Instead, we stand fully behind our work.
If your keepsake doesn’t arrive exactly as intended, simply reach out to owner@myjuly27.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll take a close look and remake your piece at no additional cost.
We’re here to ensure your keepsake feels right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Each order moves quickly into production.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order at owner@myjuly27.com.
After this window, your keepsake is already being created and we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your keepsake upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Beyond that initial window, if your keepsake fails in any way within the first year of ownership, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at owner@myjuly27.com. We’ll take a look and do our very best to support you.
A Note on Timing
Because every piece is made by hand, production takes time (averaging 2-6 business days). This allows materials to cure properly and ensures the quality of your keepsake.
