Shipping, Returns & Our Promise

Every MyJuly27 keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted to order and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Our goal is to create something worthy of the life it honors, and something you can feel confident keeping close for years to come.

 

 30-Day Perfect Keepsake Promise | Our Keepsake Guarantee

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges. Instead, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every keepsake we create.

If your keepsake arrives damaged, scratched, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as intended, please contact us at owner@myjuly27.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo. If the issue is related to our production or craftsmanship, we’ll remake your keepsake at no additional cost.

Beyond those first 30 days, your keepsake remains covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee against genuine manufacturing defects, including:

  • Incorrect artwork caused during production

  • Engraving failure

  • Epoxy separation or delamination

  • Structural failure of the pendant

  • Other confirmed manufacturing defects

Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee does not cover normal wear that develops after delivery, including fine surface scratches, gradual wear to gold-finished or plated components, normal chain wear, accidental damage, loss, damage caused by chemicals, water, or improper storage, or customization details submitted or approved incorrectly by the customer.

We want your keepsake to feel right when it arrives and to remain something you can hold onto for years to come.

 

Everyday Wear & Lifetime Replacement

Your keepsake is designed to be worn and loved, and signs of everyday wear can naturally develop over time. Fine surface marks or micro-scratches may appear in the clear epoxy finish, and gold-finished components may gradually show wear with extended use.

These cosmetic changes are considered normal wear rather than manufacturing defects.

If your keepsake is ever damaged through normal wear or an accident that falls outside of our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee, you may purchase a replacement of the original keepsake for 50% off the current retail price. Simply send an email to owner@myjuly27.com requesting this. 

Following our recommended care instructions can help preserve your keepsake’s appearance for as long as possible.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Each order moves quickly into production.

If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order at owner@myjuly27.com.

After this window, your keepsake may already be in production and we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

 

Production Timing

Because every piece is made to order, production typically takes 3–6 business days.

This time allows your keepsake to be carefully produced, inspected, and properly cured before shipment.
