  • *EU, UK, & IRELAND: 4-12 Business Days | DHL/FedEx
  • *SWITZERLAND: 4-14 Business Days | DHL/FedEx
  • *AUSTRALIA & NZ: 4-14 Business Days | DHL/FedEx
  • *Rest of the World: 5-24 Business Days | DHL/FedEx

WHAT IS YOUR COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING PROTECTION?

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will ALWAYS work with you to ensure your keepsake is found or replaced at no extra cost. Please email us ASAP at owner@myjuly27.com so we can track down or replace your piece.

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?


We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, labelling your package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations may result in a sales tax (VAT) charge upon delivery of your order. Please refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
